Add a Joint Owner (PDF)
To add an individual to your Card as a Joint Owner, simply complete and mail or fax the Joint Owner Form. ¹
Add an Authorized Signer (PDF)
You can request one additional card for a family member for free. You’ll enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing your loved one has access to credit when they need it. To request, simply complete and mail or fax the Authorized Signer Form. ¹
Add Overdraft Protection (PDF)
U.S. Bank overdraft protection protects your U.S. Bank checking account from costly overdrafts by automatically transferring cash to it from your Credit Card account. To set up, simply complete and mail or fax the Overdraft Protection Form. ¹
